The governing law is the French law.
The Privacy Policy is written in French, and the French version will be deemed authentic even if translated into another language.
The User may submit to the CNIL any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of the Privacy Policy that has not been resolved amicably between the Parties. The dispute may also be submitted to the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Montpellier, including in the case of summary proceedings, an appeal under guarantee or multiple defendants, and regardless of the country of origin of the Customer.
